Welcome to Assel and CO (“Assel and CO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an online platform for purchasing lab-grown engagement rings and related products By accessing or using our website at https://asseldiamonds.com/ operated by Incastle LLC (the “Site”) or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, please do not use the Site or Services.

Where applicable, lab-grown diamonds may come with gemological certifications (e.g., IGI, GIA). Certification details will be outlined in the product description. Any accompanying physical certificate will be shipped with your order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our Site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include taxes, shipping costs, or any other fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will contact you to correct it or to cancel the order and issue a refund.

13.2 Aggregate Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15.2 Venue and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15.3 Arbitration Option
At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site or Services, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association in Seattle, Washington.
